A calendar provider’s classification of an event’s expected importance under its own editorial or analytical method.
Example: A calendar marks one event high impact, much like a diary marks an appointment important.
Keep in mind: It is not a guarantee of a move’s size, direction, timing or safe trading conditions.
The delay or smoothing in a calculated indicator’s response to changes in its observed inputs.

Example: A learner’s written idea requires a completed close above a boundary; a stated contrary condition makes that idea invalid.
Keep in mind: A chart condition and an accepted exit instruction are separate parts of the plan.
The same currency relationship written in the opposite order, calculated by taking the reciprocal of a compatible rate.
Example: If an invented rate is 1 EUR = 1.25 USD, its reciprocal is 1 USD = 0.80 EUR.
Keep in mind: Real two-sided quotes require attention to the bid and ask when reversing direction.
